Veritas Risk Management Internship

At Veritas Risk Management, I worked as part of a small marketing team supporting digital marketing, communications, and website strategy under direct supervision from the agency owner. My role focused on consistent execution across platforms, data-informed improvements, and maintaining brand clarity in a highly detail-oriented environment.

I managed and created content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, the company website, blog, and digital ads, with daily posting across platforms. My responsibilities included writing and editing educational, SEO-optimized blog content, designing and scheduling social media posts, and maintaining website pages through WordPress and HubSpot. I regularly tracked performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta tools, and platform insights to identify underperforming content and inform improvements.

In addition to ongoing updates and edits, I took ownership of a website revitalization initiative, analyzing site structure, identifying usability and performance issues, and developing a phased improvement and training plan for future implementation. I now support this work in a consultative capacity and am currently training two additional team members to take over day-to-day execution.

I set up and managed Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, achieving approximately 5.09K clicks and 54K impressions over one year by strategically optimizing performance within a constrained budget, contributing to increased inbound call traffic for the agency. Throughout my work, brand consistency, clarity, and alignment with leadership expectations were highly prioritized.
